I recently stayed at Novotel in Wavre for one night after a long 15-hour drive. The decor was nice and the whole hotel was clean and bright. Despite being located at the side of the motorway, there was no noise at all. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with air conditioning and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and was beautifully designed. I arrived weary but left feeling rested and refreshed. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was pristine, with a stylish bathroom and a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. We especially liked the convenient USB ports on each side of the bed for charging our phones. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was very convenient for us. We highly recommend Novotel for a great stay.

Great location, just a short walk from Walibi and a quick drive to many tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for families. the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure to assist with any requests or inquiries we had.

Misinformation about the distance from Brussels city center, which caused us to waste time and be disappointed. The staff's lack of knowledge about transportation options and the city itself was frustrating, and they were quite unresponsive when we brought up our concerns.

The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to a nearby amusement park, which was a great time-saver. the room was clean and well-maintained. the hotel was also conveniently located near public transportation.

The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to inquiries about the surrounding area.
