The whole break was lovely. The staff in all areas of the hotel were brilliant and helpful. The view from our room was gorgeous. Breakfast and dinner were spot on. The staff at the spa were extremely helpful and provided excellent service and support.

The spa at Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa is fantastic, with great facilities and a modern bathroom. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly impressive, despite previous bad reviews. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a room with a jacuzzi bath for my back problems. The bed was comfortable and the smart TV in the room was a nice touch.

Good location with easy access to the city and public transport. the room was clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and was fairly priced.

Terrible customer service, staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to basic greetings and requests. the room was small with limited natural light making it feel gloomy.

Helpful staff, except one at breakfast. Better than expected restaurant and spa facilities. Fresh cooked breakfasts on first two days. Good pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Luxurious dining room with lake view. Full English breakfast included. Beautiful location, upgraded to Woodward cottage. Clean, lovely meal, couldn't fault anything.

Brilliant location, stunning views, welcoming staff, excellent spa facilities, great restaurant food, comfortable bed.
