the hotel's restaurant area could do with some investment as it appeared outdated, with stains on the furniture and tablecloths. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main shopping area, just a short walk from Louise square. The staff was very helpful and nice, providing personalized service. I had a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the large room and the plasma TV. The breakfast was delicious with excellent choices, although the scrambled eggs and bacon were a bit lukewarm. The reception staff were lovely and the gentleman at checkout was particularly helpful.
