The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all, as everything was within easy reach. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the canal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and was a great way to start the day.

During our stay at Hotel Monsieur Ernest, we had the pleasure of enjoying a stunning canal view from our room. Waking up to the peaceful sight of the water and the sound of the ducks was truly magical. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the charming city on foot. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Bruges.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location. It was a 20-minute walk from the train station and only a 10-minute walk from the main square, so I was super close to everything in town. The service provided by the staff was fantastic, they were friendly and knowledgeable, giving great recommendations for restaurants. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and although the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and comfortable with a nicely appointed bathroom. It was the perfect size for a solo traveler like myself, and probably would be great for a traveling couple as long as the stay is relatively short. Additionally, the breakfast provided was far better than the one we had to pay for at our supposed 4-star hotel in Amsterdam. It was pretty good, with fresh croissants, various breads, cheeses, and cereals. The breakfast was delicious and complete.
