We had a magical, romantic stay at this hotel! The staff surprised us with a beautiful room decoration, including rose petals and candles. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was luxurious and the bed was comfortable.

Additionally, the room was spacious and had great amenities such as a Nespresso machine. I would definitely return. There were some rude staff members in the bar and restaurant area, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Fitness center fob didn't work.

The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a delightful surprise during our Christmas stay. the hotel's location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the train station and popular attractions.

The pillows were too soft and offered no support. there was an incident with a staff member entering our room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign.
