Great location near the European Quarter and Brussels Midi station. Nice bar and restaurant with friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms with good amenities.

Difficult to find nearby open restaurants during holidays. Limited options for leisure activities, especially for families with children.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Brussels for a city break and I enjoyed several aspects of my experience. the location was very convenient as it was close to key attractions such as the European Parliament and natural history museum. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent service, with swift responses to any requests or inquiries. Moreover, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, common areas, and the room itself.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. there were some issues with the temperature control in the room, making it a bit too warm for comfort.

I appreciated how they took the time to explain all the details about the room, parking, and breakfast. It was really helpful for me as a traveler.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of an iron. The AC worked perfectly, which was important given the hot weather outside. The location was central enough to easily access the city center, where you can find many chocolate shops, restaurants, and other tourist attractions like the Grote Markt. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located next to the EU parliament and a train station, making it easy to travel around. The staff were welcoming and friendly, with Mathieu at the front office and the Tunisian concierge always ready to help. Sandra in the F&B department was also a great host.

The value I got for my money at Renaissance was great, with a spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, and various pillow options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The leisure facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the pool and gym every day. The service in these areas was outstanding, with the staff offering free classes and being attentive to our needs. we had a fantastic weekend at Renaissance.

The hotel is ideally located in the EU district, making it convenient for business travelers. It is also close to attractions like the Museum of Natural Science and within walking distance of the main tourist area. The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, including freshly baked bread and pastries. Additionally, the hotel has excellent transport links, with a bus stop for the airport shuttle nearby.

Some staff members were unhelpful and did not provide a warm welcome or proper assistance.

Had a great Xmas experience at this hotel! Loved the complementary Christmas goodies and the festive decorations. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

The gym and pool were a little disappointing. While the gym had a good range of equipment, some of it was not working properly.

Friendly staff, lovely hotel with a convenient location near train station. Upgraded to a junior suite. Enjoyed fantastic breakfast and used the leisure center daily. Great base to explore the city.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff, especially Pierre, the Housekeeping manager, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with our pram. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed. We were able to check in early, which was a fantastic service. The hotel had great facilities, including a gym that was as good as a local one. The location was perfect, with a short walk to a beautiful park and the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was excellent, with the Luxembourg train station just a couple of minutes away, making it easy to travel to/from the airport and explore other areas. There were also plenty of restaurants and a food market within minutes of the hotel. The breakfast provided was very decent and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained.
