The elevator system is ridiculous!!! Having to switch lifts just to reach higher floors is annoying!!! Also, finding the entrance is a hassle, especially when Google Maps misdirects you!!!

the hotel's cleanliness standards are absolutely deplorable, dirty towels greeted me. I expected a room upgrade for this nightmare, considering I was subjected to noise from neighboring rooms. breakfast was just a sad buffet of unappetizing options. I almost thought of giving a good review, but alas, I couldn’t overlook these blunders.

the room was a bit tight with the extra beds set up, and we really missed having a fridge. but we loved the spacious layout, the beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower, and the breakfast had lots of fresh options.

We enjoyed our spacious Superior Suite, which was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. However, the restaurant was closed during our stay, and the breakfast could benefit from higher quality local products.
