We received a wonderful welcome from the staff. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious with a huge TV, a Nespresso machine, and a complimentary minibar stocked with Prosecco and snacks. The quiet environment ensured restful nights. The decor was of high quality, and we appreciated the little touches like complimentary refreshments. I look forward to returning.

Staff availability is quite limited!!! Operating only until 12:30 pm leaves a lot to be desired. The shower design causes annoying standing water!!! One key for the room is incredibly inconvenient!!! Inadequate signage adds confusion upon arrival!!!

the location was great, but the check-in was a nightmare. only one key for the room? that’s sheer madness! as someone who surely expected a luxury experience, a complimentary bottle of wine would’ve been perfect for us after that chaos. sadly, I just couldn’t overlook these glaring issues.

The comfortable rooms, the excellent location, the delightful breakfast delivery was absolutely delightful.

Valentina gave us awesome tips on where to go, even making a list for us. the in-room breakfast was a super cozy touch, eating in our robes was a highlight. only bummer was the street noise at times, but the vibes made up for it!

Howay, man! The location is canny mint, right near all the sights, and the staff are proper helpful. The room was clean and comfy, only wish there was more soundproofing, but I’d defo stay again!

It was just a smart choice for a weekend respite in Rome with outstanding value. The shower experience was surprisingly refreshing, easily the highlight of the stay. Don't forget to explore local cafes for breakfast instead of relying on the hotel service.
