A centrally situated hotel with excellent rooms and friendly staff. We loved the convenience of being just steps away from everything in the center. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Although there were some minor issues with the room, the overall comfort was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Ypres.

I recently stayed at Novotel for three nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to the Menin Gate and the center of town. The hotel offered spacious and well-appointed rooms, with modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, satisfying all tastes.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ypres. The database staff at reception were excellent, always polite, and very helpful. The rooms were modern, quiet, and clean, which was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from the main square, museum, cathedral, and the Menin Gate. The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and were happy to provide advice and assistance. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh fruits, bread, croissants, and even fresh waffles. We also enjoyed a delicious Easter special offer meal at the hotel's restaurant. Late check out until 12:00 allowed us to have a leisurely start to the day before heading back to the ferry. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's just a short walk away from the city centre and all the tourist sights.
