I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Krakow for a few days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely bar and Mexican themed restaurant on the ground floor. The food was delicious, well presented, and the chefs were even visible as they prepared our meals. The breakfast options were extensive, with the added bonus of freshly cooked bacon and eggs. The reception staff went above and beyond by providing us with bus and tram timetables and showing us the best stops to use. The lack of a lift was actually a positive, as it helped burn off the calories from all the incredible food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The location was perfect, as it was just a short stroll to the Old Town square. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony with a great view of the bustling streets below. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cosy bar, with freshly cooked omelettes and a variety of hot options available. The convenience of breakfast being served until noon was a big plus for late risers like me.

Everything was spot on, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Nearby historical sites and free guided tours available. Loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at Spatz Aparthotel. The hotel's Mexican themed restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food prepared right in front of me. The staff went above and beyond, providing helpful information and even printing out bus and tram timetables for me. The location was great, with easy access to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel.

They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and even printed off bus and tram timetables for us. The hotel also had a lovely bar and a Mexican themed restaurant on the ground floor, which served delicious food prepared right in front of us. The breakfast options were extensive and included freshly cooked bacon and eggs. our experience at Spatz Aparthotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.

I stayed in a hotel located in the vibrant Jewish district of Kraków. It was conveniently situated, just a 10-minute stroll to the square in the Old Town. The neighborhood offered a lively atmosphere, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Moreover, the hotel provided spacious rooms with large windows and a great shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and attentive, offering assistance and recommendations for tours and attractions. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, providing a variety of options to start the day.

I did encounter one negative aspect during my stay - the lack of a lift in the hotel. This could be inconvenient for guests, especially those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The hotel was located in a great area that made it easy to walk to main attractions. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, they even arranged pick-up at the airport. The hotel also offers a travel card that is included in the price, which was very convenient. The breakfast served was very nice, with continental options.

During our stay, there was some construction work going on outside which was a bit noisy in the morning and woke us up. the room we stayed in was smaller than expected.

Great location, within walking distance of popular sites.

That it could get noisy outside the hotel at night.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great location. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Old Town Square and the Oskar Schindler factory. It offered great value for money, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a great bar and restaurant, Manzana, which served a delicious hot breakfast made to order. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
