the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. the restaurant at the hotel was also exceptional, offering delicious and fresh food. I was impressed with the organization of the restaurant and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. the hotel's parking system was efficient and convenient. the hotel's proximity to the seafront made it a perfect location for exploring the beach and town squares.

Right by the beach and close to shops and the seafront, the hotel offers a convenient location for a family vacation. The spacious family room with excellent mattresses ensures a good night's sleep for even the most difficult sleepers. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of fresh food, and the modern and cozy bar area is perfect for relaxing. The helpful and friendly staff go the extra mile to provide a smooth check-in experience and to accommodate any needs.

The room lacked hot drink facilities, which was a disappointment considering the price paid.

During our recent stay in Ostend, we were delighted to discover a hotel that catered so thoughtfully to our vegan dietary needs. The staff at this centrally located hotel were incredibly accommodating, offering a specially prepared menu upon our request. The meals, served buffet-style, were absolutely superb, with a wide variety of plant-based options to choose from. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness put into each dish was evident, making every meal a truly gourmet experience. The staff even went above and beyond by ensuring we had rice milk available for our beverages. We were thoroughly impressed with the level of care and consideration shown to us as vegan guests. If you are planning a visit to Ostend and have special dietary requirements, we highly recommend contacting this hotel in advance. our stay was a culinary delight, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Almost perfect.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Ostend. the warmhearted welcome at the reception made me feel right at home. the staff went above and beyond to assist me and even offered to keep some of my belongings in the hotel fridge. the location was perfect, with the beach, restaurant, and shopping areas all within close proximity. the sauna area was beautiful and provided a relaxing escape.

The hotel truly offered all the comforts for a perfect stay. the rooms were spacious and clean with fresh linens and cosy blankets. Every morning, I woke up to a delicious breakfast buffet with a generous spread of fresh fruits, breads and pastries. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from.

The hotel lacked in a few areas. While the staff were generally friendly, there were a few instances of poor service.
