The freebies were great, free mini-bar and nespresso coffee were fantastic! The location was very convenient, very close to public transportation and easy to access. The room design was excellent and there were no difficult steps to negotiate with heavy luggage.

The staff were not very well trained and need to improve their knowledge on dietary requirements especially coeliac disease. Despite notifying in advance, the hotel provided gluten contaminated food and did not take the request seriously.
