Lovely staff, polite and welcoming. Little macaroons and welcome sign in reception. Soft and fluffy towels. Clean hotel and spacious room with streaming capabilities. Great location near city centre. Comfy beds and blackout curtains. Good security with room key access to lifts. Excellent location for Christmas markets.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a huge Smart TV with wireless connectivity to my smartphone. The number of plugs, including USB plugs, was more than enough. I also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in the room. the room was nice and cozy.

The limited kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, and basin but no plates or cutlery.

The hotel's parking arrangement was a complete nightmare. the parking lot proved to be quite far away and difficult to reach with luggage.

The location of the hotel in the city centre is fantastic, close to the Christmas markets. The room we booked was a spacious suite with a balcony and comfortable beds. The blackout curtains provided a great night's sleep.

The staff on reception were quite rude and the long queues at check-in were frustrating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a convenient location. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I was particularly impressed with Océane, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a huge Smart TV. I loved being able to wirelessly transfer images from my smartphone to the TV, making it easy to stream my favorite shows or movies. The room also had plenty of plugs, including USB ports, making it convenient to charge all my devices. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee provided in the room, a great touch!

All in all, this hotel is a great place to stay for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
