The hotel was beautifully styled and located close to the historical city center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, with a great variety of high-quality food. Even though the wifi was slow, it didn't ruin my experience. I'll recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is great, nestled in a peaceful street just a few blocks away from the bustling city centre. This venue is set in an 18th century palace, so the building itself is stunning, and the rooms are so comfortable - I especially loved the spacious sitting area and terrace. Despite the lovely room service and housekeeping, the best part of my stay was the incredibly helpful staff. They gave me great tips for exploring the city, recommended local restaurants, and were always happy to offer additional services. I felt truly welcome and at home here.

While this hotel would be fabulous for couples, solo travellers, or business trips, I wouldn't recommend it for families, but only because it doesn't have a lot of activities specifically for kids.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of the city. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi - it's always nice to have basic amenities included in the cost of the room. the hotel had a very stylish and modern decor, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.

That the room was a bit small, which made it difficult to have lots of luggage. the checkout time was a bit early for my liking, which made it hard to fully enjoy my last morning in the city.

pillows was even better this time. the room was big and comfortable, with a great balcony. the staff was friendly and thoughtful, even giving us complimentary chocolates for easter.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel in Ghent and it was an exceptional experience. the hotel staff, especially the guest relations team, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. the attention to detail in the rooms and suites was impressive, with luxurious decor and a great sense of comfort. the hotel's food and beverage outlets, such as the LOF restaurant and the Living, offered exquisite dining options. Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel provided a delightful and memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a gentle 5-minute stroll from the town center. You can easily walk to all the sites in the old center of the city. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally kind and the service provided throughout the stay is top-notch. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, including vegan choices.

The fitness room and spa facilities are quite small and may not accommodate all guests comfortably.

Convenient location, just a short walk away from the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. the interior design of the hotel is stylish and luxurious, enhancing the historical building. the sauna area provides a nice opportunity to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The sound insulation of the room doors could be improved, as they let in a significant amount of noise. Some of the smaller rooms had limited storage space and hanging space, which was not ideal for longer stays.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the historic center. Despite being central, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, and our room with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard was a lovely touch. The spacious and comfortable room, along with the swanky toilets, impressed us. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the wellness area with its relaxing sauna. Free wifi and a delicious breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were delighted with the complimentary mini bar in our room, which was restocked daily with wine included. The tastefully renovated hotel is immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Beatrice, were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay very special. The location was also great.
