During my recent business trip, I really appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows at the hotel. It was the best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. The room was also very spacious and clean, with a well-designed bathroom and a great shower. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing efficient service and assistance when needed. the hotel had a prime location, conveniently located near key business areas and within walking distance of several restaurants and bars.

I was disappointed by the lack of Christmas decorations during the holiday season. It would have been nice to see a festive atmosphere and a Christmas tree in the hotel.

The hotel had a great transition from business to leisure, which made the atmosphere more welcoming. the breakfast was superb and value for money. the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center or a quick metro ride to anywhere.

That the restaurant was often busy for dinner and it would have been helpful to be advised to make a reservation in advance. there was construction happening both outside and inside the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.

Fabulous hotel, luxurious and clean. Spacious and well-appointed suite. Helpful and friendly staff. High quality breakfast with plenty of choices. Gorgeous rooftop balcony.

Located in a nice area with a park and good eatery options within a short walk. The metro is nearby, making it easy to explore. The staff are helpful and quick to assist guests when needed.

Some areas of the hotel are outdated and in need of renovation.

This venue was absolutely luxurious; we were pampered all the way through our stay. the amenities were exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness center was also exceptional and provided excellent service. We enjoyed a full body massage and beauty treatment in their treatment room. the foot massage was an added bonus. Our room contained exclusive advantages and had a sun terrace with a view that overlooked the city. the room service was fast and very professional.

We encountered only one minor issue at this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty and affordable. the location was great for accessing a certain area of the city. the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff provided poor customer service when dealing with noise complaints. They did not take the issue seriously and did not offer any assistance or compensation for my lack of sleep.

We had a delightful stay at Sofitel. The rooms were comfortable with luxurious amenities and the bed was incredibly cozy. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel's location, although slightly off center, was conveniently close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The buffet-style breakfast offered a delicious range of choices. The staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
