The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating during our stay. The children's playground was great, but the room had a stale odor that was unpleasant.

The family room was not as advertised and included misleading photos. Additionally, the double beds were uncomfortably narrow, leaving us restless. The breakfast offerings were quite disappointing, with dry bread and bacon that tasted old, making our mornings less enjoyable.

Access to beach towels would have been helpful, more organized beach equipment rental options would be great!!! Some minor aesthetic updates in communal areas could elevate the experience!!! Parking could be better arranged to avoid congestion!!!

Playa Bejuco offers a perfect beach retreat, complete with a clean and inviting pool area. Staff such as Mildred were exceptionally helpful, arranging activities and ensuring our stay was comfortable. However, some furniture in the rooms feels outdated, and bedding could be improved for comfort. Great for families looking for a relaxing getaway!
