I stayed at The Pand Hotel for a girls' weekend and it was perfect! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a highly recommended pot of tea and the option to add egg nog, biscuits, and chocolates at a great price. The lounge-bar area had a relaxed atmosphere with quirky decor and comfy seating. The hotel oozes charm and is in an excellent location. I would highly recommend it for both girls' weekends and romantic getaways. Room 108 was especially recommended.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel, which is a part of the Small Luxury Hotels Of the World collection. the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the city center. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy ambiance throughout. the rooms were clean and although not extremely spacious, they were still practical and comfortable. the breakfast served by the friendly and funny attendant was amazing. the hotel staff were all very helpful and provided excellent tips for exploring the city. the car parking facility was convenient and secure.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in the center of this city. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore all areas by foot. The hotel's facilities were tastefully decorated, and the parlor with the fireplace made us feel right at home. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, speaking multiple languages and delighting in assisting us. The breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made to order dishes served in a lovely setting, complete with champagne. Additionally, the bed was comfortable and the minibar was reasonably priced.

The central location of the hotel makes it perfect for exploring the city and the staff's recommendations for restaurants and bars were spot on. The views from the top floor rooms are stunning, offering a birds-eye view of the charming rooftops of the city.

The bathroom in room 103 was a bit small and became steamy when using the shower.

Received two complementary gifts. the location was great as it was within walking distance from many attractions. the room had a spacious bathroom which was a plus.

The communication between staff was poor as our room had a broken safe and it took a long time to get someone to fix it. It would have been helpful if the front desk called us to inform us of what would happen next.
