We had a fantastic Easter getaway at this hotel! the service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff ensuring we had a great experience from start to finish. the location was ideal, offering a tranquil and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a beautiful view of the river and provided delicious food at the restaurant.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the room could use some updating and modernization, as it felt a bit outdated.

The hotel's location on the peaceful Belize river was a highlight, especially as we were looking for somewhere to reset our inner clocks. We loved sitting on the balcony and gazing at the tranquil river. The staff was also amazing - very attentive and helpful whenever we needed them. Lastly, the basic amenities were great, and we were pleasantly surprised by the very good shower pressure.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was stunning. The resort offered a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, which was convenient. The grounds were well-maintained, and there were opportunities for activities such as cave tubing and visiting the baboon sanctuary. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast, and the lunch and dinner menu was enticing. I particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked whole Red snapper with jerk sauce and the light and fluffy fried jacks, which were a local specialty. As a family with kids, we found the resort to be a great place to start our vacation.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the upgraded room I was given.
