I absolutely loved my stay at this boutique hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. As a budget traveler, I appreciated the great value for my money. The staff, including Jake, Marta, and Justin, were so friendly and made me feel like part of their family. The hotel was always quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. Caye Casa provided a beautiful, clean, and well-appointed experience.

We had a fantastic time at this beachfront hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed and close proximity to New Day Adventures for our excursions. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a stunning view of the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with umbrellas, sunscreen, and bug spray. We also appreciated the excellent service from Martha, who took great care of us throughout our stay.

There was a strong smell of seaweed in the area, which affected our experience.

He personally booked our flights and arranged a shuttle for us, saving us from losing out on precious vacation time. We were impressed with the excellent customer service from Jake and his staff, who were always available to assist us. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a built-in filtered water system for our convenience. We felt safe and taken care of throughout our stay. we highly recommend Caye Casa for a fantastic vacation experience.

the staff at this place was exceptional - they were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants, bars, and the town center. the beachfront was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were equipped with nice amenities. One suggestion I have is to add pathways from the road to the room steps to make it easier to keep sand out. I highly recommend this place for its friendly staff, ideal location, and lovely accommodations.

Great value for a beachfront location and comfortable accommodations. Loved the daily tidying up and complimentary bottled water. Key location close to several on the water bars and restaurants. Loved having a safe in the room to stash valuables and cups provided for brushing teeth. Bonus points for being able to play with the resident dogs.

Occasional interruptions to water and internet and outdated appliances. Some mold in the air conditioning and roosters crowing can be heard outside.

The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved sipping my coffee on the porch in the morning, enjoying the sunrise. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and activities. I even had the chance to go snorkeling with a nearby family-run business, New Day Adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location is spot on; right on the beach, and just across a sand road. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved having a kitchenette to prepare my own meals, and the breakfast was delicious. It really felt like I was getting amazing value for my money.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is fantastic - just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. The ocean view from our balcony front porch was simply breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on the island. Lastly, the room was well-equipped with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette, which came in handy during our stay. this hotel offers excellent value for money and attention to detail.
