We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, just minutes away from a quaint village where we could do some shopping and enjoy local dining options. The grounds of this place were absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and pristine beaches. The service here was exceptional, with staff who took care of our every request from excursions to dinner reservations with a big smile and prompt service. They were always charming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

We loved the beautiful villas and the friendly, helpful staff. The free WiFi worked well enough for basic internet needs. The ability to enjoy meals anywhere on the property was convenient, and the free shuttle to and from the nearby village was a great perk.

We had a blast celebrating my son's 8th birthday with a family dinner on the pier. The staff and chef went above and beyond our expectations. The views from every villa were stunning. Placencia is a small, quiet town with lots of character and plenty of activities.

I stayed at Chabil Mar for a romantic trip and loved it! The location is perfect, just steps away from a gorgeous beach with swimable water. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchen and a lovely balcony with a large round table. The staff were friendly and made us feel secure. The on-site food was delicious, and we enjoyed the banana malts. The hotel grounds were immaculate, and we made use of the pool, kayaking, and even booked a great tour through the concierge. Can't wait to visit again and maybe even get married there next summer!

The location was perfect - close enough to Placencia Village for convenience, but far enough to maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff at Chabil Mar went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from the friendly greetings upon arrival to the amazing service throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Nikita, Sheldon, Ferdinand, Deion, Anselmo. The concept of not having a restaurant on site was actually a revelation - we could order from the extensive menu and have our meals served wherever we liked, whether it was on the beach, by the pool or even in our villa. This kind of flexibility and personalization made our dining experience truly memorable. We also appreciated the complimentary bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and other amenities that added an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. we felt that Chabil Mar was the perfect blend of luxury and laid-back vibes, and we can't wait to return when we visit Placencia again.

The resort's employees were accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious and the best we had during our trip. The resort offers activities for all preferences and the beach, pools, and pier are beautiful places to relax. The staff is professional and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location is beautiful and convenient, on the water and just a short bike ride into town. The staff is helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome. The villas are lovely, and the free bikes and shuttle service are a nice bonus. it's a great place for a getaway.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were always smiling and ready to assist. the location was also great, close to the airport and town, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the amenities provided, such as the kitchen and washer/dryer in the villa, were very useful and added to the convenience of our stay.

The bed sheets were a bit rough and could have been more comfortable. This was a minor issue, but worth mentioning as it affected the overall quality of our sleep.
