Trupti did a fantastic job of ensuring everything went according to plan. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the international airport and is a popular choice for both business commuters and wedding guests. the check-in process was quick and seamless. the spacious room had a comfortable sitting area and bedroom, and the bathroom was also spacious. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options. We also enjoyed a great lunch at the Dum Pukht restaurant, although it was a bit pricey. the room service was efficient and customized our orders to our preferences. I had an unforgettable and memorable stay at the Grand Maratha thanks to the exceptional staff.

We were in awe of the beautiful and elegant appearance of the hotel. The lobby was stunning and we were greeted by friendly paithani saree wearing ladies who helped us with our restaurant reservation. We felt incredibly welcomed and the guest relations team made sure our check-in process was swift. The level of hospitality and service provided by the staff, especially Hira, Pooja B, Ketan, Vanessa. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were impressed with the attention to detail in the room amenities, including the mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and the soundproofed rooms. The hotel also offered a wide variety of dining options, from the restaurant to the bar/lounge area, and even accommodated special dietary needs.
