The resort had beautiful grounds and well-maintained gardens. We enjoyed a tour of their impressive organic garden, where they grow fruits and vegetables used in their kitchen. the private tours arranged by the resort were amazing, with knowledgeable and professional guides.

The pricing at the resort was confusing and unorthodox. We were initially charged a higher amount than what was booked online but they corrected it when shown the receipt.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, from the immaculate rooms to the well-maintained grounds filled with beautiful plants and trees. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to San Ignacio and also provided easy access to Mayan sites for tours. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from the friendly and helpful front desk to the knowledgeable and attentive staff in the kitchen area. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff took great care of us throughout our stay.

The resort's location is perfect, as it is close to many attractions and within walking distance of local restaurants. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with high ceilings and private outdoor spaces overlooking the tropical gardens. The staff provides exceptional service, addressing guests by name and ensuring they have a wonderful experience. The breakfast is delicious and the views are breathtaking.

The only drawback is that the resort does not offer a shuttle service to and from the San Ignacio area.

Beautiful property, friendly staff , safe and secure. They have nice extra touches like turning down the room at night with treats, fresh fruit and chocolate dipping sauce in the room. Helpful with transportation. Luxury oasis, well-kept, peaceful. Amazing casita suites with divine outdoor shower and soaking tub. Highly recommend Tikal tour with Brandon and Marco. Would stay again if in the area.

Enjoyed the two complimentary bottles offered by the hotel and the proximity to the local market. the hotel is located in a great place for exploring the area without needing a car. the pool was also a nice place to relax.

There were limited spa services compared to larger resorts. the swimming pool was relatively small.
