I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a quick getaway trip. The hotel was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even refunded a portion of my money back, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was lovely, with a great balcony overlooking the pool. Speaking of the pool, although it closed at 10 PM, we enjoyed taking a dip during the day. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff was always quick to assist with any requests. a wonderful experience at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites. The staff was friendly and always greeted us. The hotel felt comfortable and had a home-like atmosphere. The front desk staff, Vernessa and Orlando, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The availability of ice water by the front desk was a thoughtful touch. we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

The room was not clean when we arrived, with rocks and food on the floor, as well as hair in the bathroom. We requested cleaning multiple times and it took until the next day for someone to finally clean the room.

I had a fantastic stay in Orange Beach. The hotel's location was perfect for accessing a variety of activities in the area. It was in a great spot to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful beaches. The hotel was also conveniently situated next to a marina, which offered dolphin cruises. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The location is great, with restaurants like Doc's and the event center in the marina area, along with attractions in the Orange Beach area. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices to satisfy different appetites, and the staff is phenomenal, with Jordan being especially sweet and friendly. The beds are super comfortable, and my daughter loved the TV.
