The value for money at this hotel was great! We got a comfortable and clean room that felt like home. The location was excellent, right on the beautiful beachfront and close to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Food for breakfast could have been improved.

I recently stayed at the Mayan Princess in San Pedro for a week-long vacation. The desk and suite staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sophie and Antonio. The evening security provided great entertainment with their stand-up comedy skills. I loved the view from our third-floor room, with huge rays swimming between the piers. The hotel is perfectly located near the clock tower area, with bands playing next door. And make sure to have breakfast at Estel's, just a short walk away!

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to everything. I loved having a kitchenette in my room, it was convenient and allowed me to prepare my own meals. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, I could spend hours just admiring it.

We stayed here to be central on the island and get to know the local community. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is right on the water with easy access to everything. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful flower petals and swan towel display for our anniversary. The view from the room is fantastic and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again!

Felt completely happy, nothing was too much trouble.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was a blessing as I was able to cook breakfast every morning to save money. The staff was extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff was excellent, always making sure to provide fresh towels and keep the room clean. The location of the hotel was prime, within walking distance to restaurants, a scuba dive shop, and the pier. As a light sleeper, I appreciated how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were.

I felt very well taken care of during my stay at this hotel, and there is truly nothing to complain about.

The hotel's location in this city was perfect - right down the waterfront and in an alleyway in downtown, making it close to bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the water taxi and restaurants. the view from the rooms is stunning, facing the ocean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the provided beach towels and delicious coffee in the lobby were nice touches. Plus, the kitchenette in the room made it convenient for making breakfast.

The shower head was extremely poor, with very low water pressure. It was especially difficult for females trying to wash soap out of their hair.

Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. Conveniently located to key restaurants. Fantastic amenities in rooms. Superb service.

We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. the staff was amazing and really went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. They even offered complimentary coffee and filtered water, which was greatly appreciated. the location was ideal, as it was close to great restaurants and easily accessible for excursions.

The beach right in front of the hotel wasn't suitable for swimming as it functioned more as a boat port. However, we found great swimming at the Secret Beach, just a short buggy ride away.

The value for our money at the hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, and the staff treated us with great hospitality.

The only thing I wish could have been better was the breakfast selection.
