I always return to this hotel for its excellent service. Staff helped with insect bite on my first visit. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, pool, spa, restaurant. Coming back soon for a romantic escape.

The hotel facilities, such as the massive swimming pool and the well-equipped gym, were top-notch. the location, situated away from the main road in a tranquil setting, provided a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast offered a great selection of local and European foods, including an excellent omelette station. the staff, from reception to breakfast to the gym, were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service.

I really appreciated how easy it was to navigate through the database. the search function was quick and efficient, allowing me to find exactly what I needed in no time. the layout was clean and organized, making it a pleasure to use.

One minor drawback I experienced was the lack of an option to save my search results for future reference. It would have been helpful to have a feature that allowed me to bookmark certain entries for easy access later on.

Not obvious to find.

Our room was super clean, and the staff, especially Mohammed, Khamis, and Radwa. We partied in the entertainment area and it was lit! Definitely coming back!

If you are looking for a location near the aqua park, this area is a good option. It's also close to Arkan & Americana Plaza for coffee shops or restaurants, but not within a massive mall. the rooms, like room 10112, offer a clean and comfortable setting, with great views overlooking the pool. the bathroom is pristine and well-maintained, with daily room service. the breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, with freshly baked goods and a variety of international options. the hotel also boasts a gym with free weights and machines, as well as a sauna for relaxation.

Front desk staff were reported as rude and unhelpful by some guests.

The breakfast buffet was a gourmet adventure. Each meal was a thrill for our taste buds, whether we were relishing traditional Egyptian cuisine in the Egyptian culinary section or indulging in a variety of international treats. Not to mention how wonderful the coffee was!
