Parham Plaza exceeded all my expectations. the owner was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do on the island. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of town and only a few steps away from the beautiful Caribbean beach. the rooms were basic but nice, and most had lockers and a mini fridge. the wifi connection was strong, which was a plus. the hotel also had a lovely porch with hammocks where I could relax. I also appreciated the outdoor kitchen, which allowed me to save money on food. the rates were very reasonable, and I heard they're even adding more rooms and a rooftop bar. I'm already planning my next stay at Hostel La Vista!

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and just a short walk from the water taxi dock. The room was clean, well decorated, and had a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging for us to rent a golf cart and providing us with beach towels. The AC worked great and the hotel had beautiful landscaping. it was a great value for the price.

The coffee maker in the room was very slow and the internet was a bit iffy, sometimes being slow and even stopping working on our last evening there.

loved our stay at parham plaza! the rooftop patio and free rum punch were amazing, and hector was an awesome host. stayed as a single female and felt safe and comfortable. clean rooms, great ac, and friendly staff. would definitely stay here again next time in san pedro.

The staff at the hotel were mind-blowingly helpful, making us feel at home with their warm and kind hospitality. They even upgraded our room and allowed us to use the kitchen. The location is super, right in the heart of everything, with stunning views and easy access to the water taxi and diving pick-up. The place is jaw-droppingly lovely, well-kept and clean, with plenty of towels and shower items provided. The AC worked perfectly, and we loved relaxing in the hammock on our terrace. We had a truly fantastic stay!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being right in the heart of the town and close to the beach. It was easy to walk to all the places we needed to go, including restaurants and shops. The view from the upper area of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, providing a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. the staff at the hotel were really fun and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located right near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. It is also in close proximity to the ferry terminal, allowing for easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel offers fantastic views from its rooms, providing guests with a picturesque setting to enjoy their stay.

The noise from the nearby street can be quite disruptive and make it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was perfect because you were close to everything that San Pedro offers. Despite being in the center of town, the rooms were basic but nice, and the prices for all the rooms were very reasonable. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. The breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The only minor drawback was the noise at night from the nearby clubs.

The outside areas, like the top floor and front yard, provided a nice space to relax. Loved the central location and the proximity to the ferries and downtown area. It was so convenient to explore the town and find great restaurants nearby. the staff were exceptional and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help and assist with any needs or requests we had. the hotel had very clean and well-maintained facilities, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

During our stay, there was some construction and repairs happening in the area, which caused some noise in the afternoons. However, this didn't affect our overall experience too much.

Bathtub/shower didn't drain properly.

Located in a great spot, right by the beach and close to the dock. the shower had hot water and the air conditioning worked perfectly - a relief in the Belizean heat.

The ongoing construction work also left a lot of rubble and rubbish lying around. the wifi in the room was quite weak.

Large bed, air con, spacious room with desk and kitchen area including cooker, toaster, coffee machine. Helpful staff sorted laundry and provided ferry advice. Impressed by maintenance man who found and returned a forgotten iPad. Centrally located and easy to find.
