The elevator in the building is small, old, and slow, requiring guests to walk to the upper floors.

We had a great stay at Manin Suites Lt! The location was perfect, with easy access to the Colosseum and Piazza Navona. The staff was always helpful and the room was cleaned daily. We especially loved the nice terrace where we could relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided a smooth check-in process. The room itself was clean, well-lit, and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, the location was perfect. It was very close to Termini station, which made it convenient for me to explore the city and visit top sights. Additionally, being near the hop-on-hop-off bus stop was a major bonus as it allowed me to easily navigate around the city. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was spot on, we were super close to major city landmarks and transportation. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping services and clean linens provided. the rooftop terrace was an added bonus, and we loved spending some time up there enjoying the view.

Our room had a few minor issues that added up to a somewhat unpleasant stay. the shower was problematic, with the water temperature fluctuating constantly.
