I recently stayed at Sandbar in San Pedro for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The location right on the beach was perfect, and the laid-back atmosphere matched the vibe of the entire island. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The on-site restaurant and bar were great, with delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. The ability to arrange tours and rent a golf cart through the hotel was very convenient. Plus, the pool in the backyard was a refreshing spot to relax after a day of exploring or snorkeling.

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, as the prices were reasonable and affordable. The attention to detail was impressive, as each room had its own air conditioning and the shared balcony provided a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our rooms were kept extremely clean. The location of the hotel right on the beach was perfect, and we enjoyed easy access to the sea for swimming and relaxing. Additionally, having breakfast included was a wonderful convenience.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.

The location of this hostel is perfect, just a short walk to the water taxi and right by the sand. The attached restaurant is a great convenience, even though it can be a little pricey. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impeccable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, close to restaurants and bars with a stunning view. Friendly and accommodating staff, with comfortable and clean private rooms and a refreshing pool area. Convenient parking for golf carts, making exploring the area a breeze. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts and had fun swimming and snorkeling off the dock.

I recently stayed at Sandbar Beachfront Hostel in Belize for a week-long trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and made great recommendations for activities and dining options. The location right on the beach was fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms had amazing air conditioning and reliable WiFi. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff at Sandbar Beachfront Hostel & Restaurant handled it amazingly. They immediately upgraded us to a private apartment for no extra charge and even gave us a bar tab. The location is perfect and the bar and pool area are lovely. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. the location was perfect, just a short walk from everything I needed. Plus, the hostel offered exciting snorkel tours and other fun excursions that added to my overall experience.

There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the food and drinks at the restaurant were quite overpriced, so I ended up eating elsewhere most of the time.

My stay at Sandbar Beachfront Hostel & Restaurant was incredible. The private room I stayed in had a stunning view, especially during morning showers. The staff was friendly and outgoing, and they made sure I had everything I needed. The food and drinks were delicious, and I spent most of my time enjoying them. I also loved the variety of activities available, from snorkeling to visiting secret beaches. I had an amazing time and I highly recommend Sandbar Beachfront Hostel & Restaurant.

Lots of space, central location, sitting pool, helpful staff, clean and safe.

This hostel offers a variety of options, including privacy curtains, individual lights and power outlets, and AC in the room, allowing for a comfortable stay. The "courtyard" area also provides additional shower and toilet facilities, as well as loungers to enjoy the beach view.

Some guests have raised concerns over the lack of indoor common areas besides the bar and restaurant, which can make it less social and uninviting.

The 12-bedroom dorm at Sandbar was comfortable and a great place to meet people. The bathrooms were always clean and well-stocked. The staff, including Thalia who does the cleaning, was friendly and helpful. The beachfront location was convenient and there was a nice deck to relax on. The AC in the room was a nice touch. The boat transfer to Belize City and Caye Caulker was easily accessible.

Felt cozy, no complaints whatsoever.
