The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. the location was superb, with Fundacion Sante Fé and UniCentro Shopping just a short distance away. Although the room was not large, it was more than adequate and very clean. We also took advantage of the airport pickup service, which was fantastic. the restaurant offered reasonably priced hotel food, and the breakfast buffet, which was included with our room, was delicious.

The junior suite we stayed in was incredibly beautiful and spacious, with amazing views of the mountains and city. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel offers great facilities, including a business center and function rooms that are perfect for weddings, conferences, banquets, and other events. I had the opportunity to attend a conference there, and I must say, the function rooms were like a well-orchestrated symphony. Everything ran smoothly, just like the intricate notes of a beautiful piece of music.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. the hotel is located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to the historic Usaquen area, where you can explore a flea market and find plenty of restaurants. Another great aspect is that the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was the noise coming from the road below, which made it difficult to open the windows. However, this can be easily resolved by requesting a room on a higher floor.
