The friendly staff greeted us with colorful sea creatures on the artistic metal gate. The villas were clean and spacious, and the infinite pool and immaculate grounds were a delight. We enjoyed birding on the wooden overlook and kayaking to the Belize river. The restaurant served tasty dishes, and the convenient location near the airport made our stay even better.

The staff! They were absolutely amazing and made our first trip to Belize unforgettable. From Ashley to Ben, David to Amanda, Shahira to Eleanor, and Edgar, they were all so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel right at home and took care of our every need. the food was another highlight. the location was also incredible. With unbelievable views and beautiful accommodations, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and unwind.

The bugs were definitely a downside of our trip. Despite wearing long sleeves and pants, we still had some issues with them.

The hotel had friendly staff who provided excellent service. the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the location near the river surrounded by mangroves was beautiful. We had the opportunity to use the complimentary kayaks to explore the area and encountered a variety of wildlife. the food at the hotel was delicious, and the shuttle service to and from the airports was punctual.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas for improvement. the waiter at the restaurant seemed to lack training, and we had some issues with service.
