We had an extended stay and the staff was excellent, helping us with any requests for soap, towels, or trash bags. The hotel facilities were great, with a gym and swimming pool in the neighboring building, and a laundry available at the RV park next door. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, near several restaurants, and we enjoyed the close proximity to the casino where we had a great time and even won. a fantastic stay.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were very nice and comfortable, with great amenities like an Oxygenics shower and in-room coffee. the location was perfect, with easy access to South Lake Tahoe and close to the highway. We also enjoyed the affordable and delicious food at the restaurant.

The service at the restaurant was sub-par. the staff seemed poorly trained and were often distracted, which affected the overall dining experience.

The hotel staff, from the friendly check-in service to the accommodating housekeepers, were all excellent. First of all, this hotel was great value for money. The prices were reasonable and included breakfast, which was a bonus. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, including the casino where we even won a bit! The staff was attentive and the service was excellent, not to mention the basic amenities were all provided. The rooms were clean and neat, except for a slightly noisy heater. a great stay!
