We had a great time at this tropical hotel. The location provided easy access to the beach as well as to the city center. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed and assisted us in organizing our activities. The clean room had all the needed amenities, and we enjoyed the private balcony.

There were some minor maintenance issues and the noise from construction nearby on a nearby property was occasionally bothersome; however, this didn't ruin our stay.

I loved my stay at Hidden Jewel Boutique. The room was spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful patio. The communication with Brian, the owner, before my trip was fantastic, and he helped me plan every detail. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The entire experience was unforgettable thanks to Hidden Jewel Boutique Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and excursions. The seafood at the restaurant is fresh and delicious, offering good value for money. With kayaks and snorkeling gear available, guests can explore the stunning reef just steps from the hotel.

There is constant construction noise, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere at times.
