Our stay at Villa Margarita At Jaguar Reef was worth every penny. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. The staff treated us like VIPs, remembering our names and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The quiet villa was perfect for our purpose and had all the resort amenities nearby. Although the beach wasn't very wide, the entry into the water was excellent with waist-deep water a long way out. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, clean, and we loved having bottled water jugs available for refills. Guest services were also great, and Richard and Clifford at the Paddle House and Deck bars were particularly helpful, recommending local restaurants and sharing information about the area.

One negative aspect was that the fish we ordered on a Monday was bad, and other customers also complained. However, the manager quickly rectified the situation by comping our breakfast the next day.
