My partner and I had a wonderful time at this charming resort. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The beach may not be perfect for swimming, but it was still a nice feature. The resort itself was lovely, with spacious rooms and attentive service. We loved that we could easily explore the nearby restaurants, as they provided transportation. The scuba diving options were also fantastic, thanks to the hotel's partnership with excellent dive centers.

We had a blast exploring all the water activities they offered, from snorkeling and scuba diving to fishing and jet skiing. The expert guided eco-tours were also a highlight, giving us a chance to explore the island and mainland in a unique and adventurous way. Maya Island Air made it super easy for us to hop between private islands and resorts. It was non-stop excitement and we couldn't have asked for a better time!

The only thing we wished for was a more vibrant nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we would have loved to have some lively clubs or bars nearby to continue the fun into the evening.

What a delightful resort that had exceptional customer service and a beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was great. The rooms were quaint and the property was clean. We enjoyed the quality food and the resort's coordination of excursions. The location, although a bit of a commute from town, added to the adventure. The white strip of sand and easy swim access to the ocean were a must for us. The staff kept the beach clean daily and the ability to snorkel right off the resort was a plus.

The staff at X'Tan Ha are incredible and accommodating beyond words. The resort has a beautiful white strip of sand, perfect for swimming. Snorkeling and marine life are easily accessible right off the resort. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the sea. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities included access to stand-up paddle boards and kayaks on the ocean. Excursions could be arranged through the hotel.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay memorable. The resort had a beautiful white sandy beach, perfect for swimming. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the resort, and the dock waterfront bar was a great spot for drinks and ocean jumps. The staff kept the beach clean and the marine life was amazing.

Oh, I just loved how the seaweed was cleaned a few times a day. NOT. Absolutely charming to have my food mysteriously disappear from the room.

We had a fantastic time at X'Tan Ha resort. The rooms were quaint and clean, perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us with transportation and dinner reservations. We enjoyed the activities provided on-site, including paddleboarding and kayaking. The beach and views were simply breathtaking. The restaurant on the property served delicious food, and the staff, especially Corinna, Barry, and Janelle. a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend.

We got amazing value for our money at this lovely resort. The room, 5D, had a beautiful view from the front porch and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to Secret Beach and San Pedro. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement with more variety and portion sizes.

We got great value for our money at X'Tan Ha- The Waterfront. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with two air conditioners and everything we needed to cook our meals. The location was remote and exotic, with pristine water and stunning views of the reef. But what really stood out was the staff. From the moment we arrived in San Pedro, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The bar tenders, beach crew, and even the manager, Jose, were always ready to assist and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. In fact, when my wife got a bad sunburn, Jose brought her fresh aloe from their own plant, which saved her from days of discomfort. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

Only one little improvement could be made to the breakfast menu. The options were decent, but it would have been nice to have a wider variety of choices to start the day off right.

The shuttle and boat transportation from the airport to the hotel was great. The amenities on the property were excellent, and the beach was beautiful. The staff was very helpful in coordinating tours and activities. The food and drinks were tasty, and the new bartender did a great job.
