I had the privilege of checking in early at Polaris and the General Manager personally showed me to my room without any additional charges. The room was spacious with a large TV and a beautiful bathroom equipped with a separate shower area and a luxurious bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located downtown, with a bustling nightlife just across the road. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, which was included in the room rate and offered an array of delicious options, including fresh fruits, salads, sausages. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm welcome, comfortable rooms, and fantastic breakfast.

We had a great stay at the hotel close to the subway station and department stores. The staff provided us with special care and were very friendly. The newly remodeled room was huge and very good. We loved the convenient location and enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing, especially the smoked wild salmon with salmon roe. We highly recommend Polaris Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a great location. It was easy to find many shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were exceptional. They were constantly going above and beyond with their service and were very friendly. The room service was top-notch as well, with great attention to detail.

The AC was slow to cool the room and only ran when we were inside, which made for uncomfortable sleeping. there was a language barrier with the staff, making it difficult to communicate certain things.

Excellent location near transportation, restaurants, and shops. Comfy, spacious rooms with big bathrooms. Friendly staff provided great service. Delicious breakfast with a variety of choices. a highly recommended and enjoyable stay.
