We had a fantastic stay in a lovely district of this city with lots of eateries nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spa, pool, and gym at international standards. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of quality products, and the location in the southern area of this city, a residential area, was perfect for both work and leisure.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were outstanding, surpassing all my expectations. the indoor swimming pool was pristine, and the sauna was a perfect place to unwind. the Spa centre offered an incredible full-body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the garden area was tranquil and secluded, making it the ideal place to relax. the room was spacious and offered exclusive advantages, including a private facility and in-room breakfast.

Although the Packed lunches were both delicious and convenient, the Special diet menus could use a little more variety.

The hotel's location was not central, which meant it was not convenient if you wanted to be close to the city center. Also, the spa facilities were unmanned and had to be requested to be turned on.

The breakfast box promised upon check-out was not provided, causing some disappointment. the neighborhood where the hotel is located didn't have much to offer apart from a good restaurant.

I stayed at Casa Grande for 3 nights while exploring the mountains nearby. The hotel kindly stored our bags while we were away. It's located in a quiet area outside of the city center, with a modern feel. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony view. The gym and pool area were impressive, though we didn't have time to use them. The staff were friendly and the room service menu was excellent. a memorable stay.
