The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. It's also conveniently situated close to the bustling town center, where you can find an array of bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a pleasant experience, offering assistance with parking, providing a baby bed, and even surprising guests with special treats like dessert and fruit boxes.

The Wi-Fi may not be the strongest, but with so much to explore in the surrounding area, it's hardly a drawback.

The location of this hotel is superb! It is just a few minutes away from the beautiful Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda beaches, as well as the bustling town center with its bars, restaurants, and shops. I loved the fact that Cala D'or is an authentic and low-rise area, providing a relaxing and atmospheric setting for a holiday. the hotel offers three clean and well-maintained pools, perfect for a refreshing splash after a day at the beach.

One downside of this hotel is the lack of a lift, which can be inconvenient for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. the hotel seems to be geared more towards families with children, as there is frequent kiddies entertainment at the pool, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet and peaceful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a very quiet area with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The room itself was impeccable, spacious, and well-maintained. We were delighted to find great amenities such as air conditioning, a balcony, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request we had. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the spa facilities, which included a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The beautiful sun terrace and garden area provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for us to unwind.

The pool area was a disappointment, as it was quite small and always crowded, making it hard to find a lounger. Additionally, people would reserve loungers early in the morning, which was frustrating. The hotel should address this issue to improve the guest experience. The nightly entertainment was also subpar, with short and unentertaining shows that finished too early.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Cala gran and a short drive from other lovely beaches. The staff, especially Ramon at reception and Abraham at the bar, were exceptionally friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.

Convenient location, near city center, 3 beaches, and bus station. Good food from lunch bar, eat by pool. Comfortable bed and spacious apartment with big balcony. Enjoyed cultural performances by pool at night.

The hotel facilities were great, with a massive queen bed in the rooms. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, bars, and restaurants. The staff at the Buffet Restaurant, especially Feli, Lourdes, and Neus, were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The pools and entertainment were fantastic, especially for families with children. a highly recommended hotel with great value for money.

Room was nice and comfy, good air conditioning. Food on site had fresh options for meals. Staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable.

We couldn't check in early and had to wait until 2pm. It would've been nice to have more flexibility with check-in times.

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at Prinsotel. the hotel facilities were brilliant and the staff, especially Maria and Paco at the pool bar, were amazing. the rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. the whole hotel was super clean and well-maintained. the location was excellent, with the beach and city center just a short walk away. the staff couldn't do enough for us and really made our stay extra special. We will definitely be coming back soon. Loved it!

We had an amazing massage that fixed my neck & back. The kids club was great for my 6 & 8 year old. Towel service at the pool was convenient. Lifeguard on duty provided extra safety for the kids. The hotel was quiet during low season, making it exclusive. The spa and pool were great. The food selection was good quality. The rooms were comfortable and the location was close to the beach and shops. The children's pools were fantastic. The staff were friendly and the grounds were well-kept.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The grounds and garden were beautifully manicured, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and I was greeted with a glass of bubbly upon arrival. The food at the hotel was of good quality and tasty, and the drinks were served in great-sized portions. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed in my apartment, which was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location right across from the beach was a major plus.
