Delightful boutique hotel, centrally located with unique, colorful rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The complimentary tea and coca leaves were a nice touch, aiding with altitude acclimation. The showers had hot water and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I loved the colorful paintings on the walls. The breakfast, with its cooked eggs and stunning views of the city, was absolutely delightful. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, with markets and all the tourist attractions within walking distance.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly warm. The bed was huge and the furniture, although a bit old, was functional. The location was fantastic, with the Witch Market just a 3-minute walk away and the Teleférico Central within 10 minutes walking distance. We also loved the huge common terrace on the fourth floor. The staff was pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
