we had a wonderful experience at the BoTree - Preferred Hotels And Resorts. the staff were incredibly hospitable, providing exceptional customer service. Our room was comfortable and filled with great amenities. Shard and the doorman were particularly attentive and friendly. the location, just a short walk from Bond Street station, was fantastic for exploring the city.
