The swimming pools were great with hot and cold options. The room was comfortable with a hot water kettle for coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and English-speaking, willing to help with any questions. The breakfast had a delicious variety of options including yogurt, pancakes, eggs, and more.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to find taxis willing to travel the distance. However, the hotel rooms were comfortable with nice beds and hot water kettles for coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and helpful, with many of them speaking English. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options including yoghurt, pancakes, eggs, and French toast. The hotel also had multiple swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, along with a sauna and water slides.

The hotel rooms had outdated carpets which didn't appear to be very hygienic.

I had a wonderful stay at Regina Resort & Convenciones. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a hot water kettle for my convenience. The shower had great water pressure, making for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The WiFi connection was excellent, allowing me to stay connected with ease. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the fluffy pancakes and the crepe rellenos.

The decorations for Christmas were quite nice and the holiday music playing in the background created a warm atmosphere. The indoor swimming pool was a good temperature, without being too cold or warm. Plus, it was a great way to get out of the sun. The location was perfect to explore the city and all its attractions.

The staff seemed disinterested in helping guests, with poor service that didn't match the hotel's supposed star rating. The dining experience could have been better;

The indoor and outdoor swimming pools provided both soothing and fun experiences. The garden area was stunning and improved the ambiance of the site. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of delicious options. The room was comfortable with exclusive amenities that catered to our every need. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The only minor issue was that the outdoor dining area was quite small for the number of guests. But the indoor restaurant more than made up for it with its delicious menu and beautiful atmosphere.
