This hotel is located in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring Armidale. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed provided for a good night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom was recently renovated and had all the necessary facilities. Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast, which is a great convenience for starting the day.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious, with new bed linen and all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city close to all the restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful customer service provided by the staff.

If we had to be picky, the furniture and fittings in the room could have been more up-to-date. However, this didn't affect our stay in any way and everything was still comfortable and functional.

Plus, the main shops are just a stone's throw away, perfect for any retail therapy cravings. And, if you're in the mood for some outdoor relaxation, there's a beautiful park right next door to the motel, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the town.

The hotel lacks proper temperature control in the shower, which can be a minor annoyance when trying to enjoy a relaxing bathing experience.

The free internet was unfortunately not available due to a 'traffic limit reached' in the morning. The bathroom, although small, had good quality towels and essentials like a wardrobe, microwave, and hairdryer. The motel also offered free parking right outside the room, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, being across the road from the Bowling Club was a bonus, with great value club meals available. Coles and the CBD were within walking distance. I highly recommend this motel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
