The hotel had a jazzy and quirky decor, with basic but clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the wifi worked well. The location was convenient, close to the main street and the lake. We enjoyed the fresh grilled trout at Kiosk no 7 by the lake.

The best part about my stay here was the helpful staff. the young man at the reception went above and beyond to assist me with my travel plans, even calling my hosts on the 'Island of the Moon' to confirm my boat departure time. He even arranged a complimentary ride for me to the boatplace when it was pouring rain. Another highlight was the cozy bed, which provided a comfortable and restful sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to the main street and lake side for food, shops, and drinks.

One downside to my stay was the confusion around late check-out. the price quoted for extended check-out was in US dollars, which we mistakenly assumed to be in Bolivianos.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the complementary tea and bananas. the location was great - right near the beach and the market. It was also easy to catch buses to Peru from there.

The hot water didn't work half of the time and the heater only worked for a few hours a day. the wifi was spotty and unreliable.
