The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable that we slept better than ever before. The breakfast offered was basic but filling, with enough options for everyone. The location was great, just a few blocks away from all the tour offices and restaurants in the area.

The Wi-Fi was sometimes erratic and hard to connect to. the location was a bit off the main roads, so it was a bit of a walk to get to the main city center.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with heating at maximum to keep you warm during the cold winter nights. The location is also very convenient, just a short 7-minute walk from the center of the city, close to restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. One particular detail that stood out was the delicious breakfast prepared by the young lady, who made sure to provide a great variety of options even when we were the only ones dining. Another detail worth mentioning is the owner's attentiveness, as she allowed me to use her clothesline to dry my clothes overnight, ensuring I had everything ready for the next day.
