The hotel was amazing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful pool, great surprises for special occasions, top-notch sports facilities, delicious cuisine. One of the best in Armenia!

If you want to be in direct touch with nature, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is surrounded by beautiful Armenian nature and is next to a river, providing a serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the staff provides great service. The breakfast is delicious and there are facilities such as a pool, gym, bowling, and billiards for entertainment. Plus, the hotel offers a peaceful view of the river from some of the rooms.

The parking situation can be inconvenient as it is far from the rooms.

What a wonderful experience! the hotel was situated in a serene environment, surrounded by lush greenery, which was so relaxing. the staff members were so friendly and courteous, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. We loved the fact that there were plenty of activities to choose from, including an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, table tennis, and beautiful basketball court. the room was spacious and clean, which is always a plus.

The only issue we had was that the breakfast buffet was not what we expected. Although there were plenty of food options, the lack of pancakes and waffles was a disappointment.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning mountains and fresh mountain air. The service provided here was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who were always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy sitting area. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, making every meal a delightful experience. I was also impressed with the hotel's leisure facilities, such as the spa & wellness centre and the indoor swimming pool, which provided a perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
