The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to the airport and a grand mall, as well as several restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty foods to choose from. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great facility to have on the property.

The Kinderland area was not properly maintained, leading to an unfortunate accident for one guest's child.

Breakfast selection is diverse and satisfying, while the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers amazing SPA facilities and a large event space for weddings. It is conveniently located near restaurants, gardens, and the airport.

Our stay at Hotel Hills was worth every penny. The room was fantastic, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The staff treated us with utmost courtesy and respect, making us feel like valued guests.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety of items.

We had a wonderful stay at Hills Sarajevo Congress & Thermal Spa Resort. the room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. the hotel offers a play gym for the children, and the waterpark, both indoor and outdoor, was a hit with the whole family. the buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of high-quality food, and the lobby and rooms had a beautiful interior. the views from our room were stunning, and the hotel's proximity to the airport and the War Tunnel made it convenient for us. We were even provided with breakfast bags for our early morning flight, which included water, fruit, bread, jam/nutella.

The variety of amenities available at this hotel is amazing. The indoor pool even has a tube slide for kids! We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a shopping mall for some retail therapy. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience for its guests, equipped with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, massage services, and a spa lounge. the in-room breakfast was a great advantage, and the seasonal outdoor pool area was a beautiful sun terrace with sun loungers, garden area and beach umbrellas.

The hotel staff seemed uninterested and lacked any smiling or interaction with guests, except for the polite receptionists.

During New Year's Eve, I had a great time staying at a hotel that was conveniently located near the airport. the spacious and modern room was a delight, and the air conditioning was fantastic. the buffet breakfast was impressive and offered a large variety of food and drinks. the view from the balcony of the hotel was also amazing.

The staff was not always attentive and didn't provide me with the best service. I had to pay for a few things that should have been complementary.
