The room was spacious and elegant, exceeding our expectations. The amenities such as the gym, pool, hot tub, and firepit were inviting and enjoyable. The location was great for skiing, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the golf course from the outside porch or balcony was very nice.

The bed was rock hard and made noises every time you moved, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The shower water was too hot, with only one temperature that was difficult to tolerate.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with the Eastern railway station, metro station , and bus stops nearby. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with daily cleaning making it feel fresh. The hotel facilities, including the small but useful elevator and the reliable WiFi, were great additions. The staff at the reception were always polite and accommodating.
