The room was beautifully decorated, with an elegant sitting area and a luxurious terrace. We appreciated the amazing amenities and services that this hotel provided, especially the airport shuttle and valet parking.

Chose this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint. Close to shopping mall and museums. Room had a great view. Even though under renovation, the newly renovated part was nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

During my recent Christmas trip, I stayed at a hotel in Sarajevo. The complementary hot chocolate and cookies offered at check-in were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, near the city center and close enough to enjoy the Christmas markets. The view from my room was also a plus, overlooking the hills and the mosque.

The hotel showed some flaws. The room was outdated and in need of renovation, with a poorly functioning radiator and an uncomfortable bed.
