We loved staying here! The location is amazing--right in the heart of everything. Despite being located in a bustling area, we found the hotel to be peaceful and quiet. The room was beautifully decorated, with an elegant sitting area and a luxurious terrace. We appreciated the amazing amenities and services that this hotel provided, especially the airport shuttle and valet parking.

Chose this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint. Close to shopping mall and museums. Room had a great view. Even though under renovation, the newly renovated part was nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The complementary hot chocolate and cookies offered at check-in were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, near the city center and close enough to enjoy the Christmas markets. the view from my room was also a plus, overlooking the hills and the mosque.

The hotel showed some flaws. the room was outdated and in need of renovation, with a poorly functioning radiator and an uncomfortable bed.

The hotel's location was also perfect, close to shopping centers and other attractions. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
