We were delighted to find a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us. the location was convenient, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the cleaning staff and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet street, providing a peaceful environment. Additionally, the small living room with a sofa was a nice touch, allowing us to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel provided excellent amenities and a pleasant stay experience.

The hotel has a modern design and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing and there is a rooftop bar with a welcome drink voucher included. the location is great, close to both the bus and metro stations.

The room we were given was smaller than what we booked and there were some cleanliness issues. the AC in the room had some malfunctions and mosquitos were a problem when we opened the window.

Great Hotel. Was travelling with a friend. We stayed for 8 nights. Location is close to city centre and many cafes and restaurants. Cleaning staff was friendly and good. Hotel reception staff was super friendly and helpful with any queries. There is also a rooftop bar with a nice view. Bar manager Jose was very friendly and helpful. He helped us even book tickets to a local football game. Can’t thank him enough with service and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel. You will be treated well!
