During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the availability of a mini-bar and the beautiful modern design of the rooms. Also, the hotel's proximity to supermarkets and restaurants was very convenient for me. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful with all my requests.

I was disappointed that the television didn't work and that there were a few little spiders in my room. Moreover, the AC alternated between functioning and not, making it uncomfortable to sleep. I expected better conditions for what I had paid.

A Relaxing Stay in Kljuc

We arrived at a well-designed hotel in Kljuc and were greeted by friendly staff. Our room looked amazing with new facilities and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. The young guy at the reception was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Although the AC wasn't cooling, the host kindly agreed to keep it running overnight. Despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
