Welcoming and attentive staff. The front desk concierge provided valuable information and suggestions. We were treated to a delicious complimentary dinner. The breakfast, though simple, was satisfactory. The hotel had a modern design and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a great Christmas vacation and the staff was really friendly. the location was key; so close to the main church and with parking available which helped a lot. the room was spacious and quiet - perfect for getting a good night's rest. Breakfast was also decent, with many options to choose from.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short 5-minute walk from the major downtown sites, including the famous St. James Church. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful design. The bathroom was also spotless. I loved the comfortable furniture, and my wife even wanted to take the fabric sofa home with us!
